Newsletter and Email Communication via Mailchimp
If you sign up for my newsletter, I will process your personal data (such as your name and email address) in order to send you regular content. This may include information, ideas, resources, offers, and updates in various formats – such as written text, PDFs, videos, or links to online materials – all related to building confidence in English.

Newsletter registration uses a double opt-in process. After signing up, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your address. Only after confirming will your data be added to my list and used for email communication.

I use the email service provider Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA). Data is processed based on a data processing agreement and EU standard contractual clauses to ensure a high level of data protection. Mailchimp may also collect anonymous statistics on email opens and link clicks to help improve the service.

You may revoke your consent at any time, for example by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting me directly.

Spam Protection with Google reCAPTCHA

Protection from Spam Using Google reCAPTCHA
To secure my website forms from spam and abuse, I use Google reCAPTCHA. This service analyzes user behavior (e.g. IP address, mouse movement, time spent on page) to determine whether an interaction is genuine.

The use of reCAPTCHA is based on my legitimate interest in protecting my website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website Analytics via Jimdo Statistics

Usage Analysis with Jimdo Statistics
To improve the usability and content of my website, I use the integrated statistics tool provided by Jimdo. This tool collects anonymous data such as page views, visit duration, and device type. It does not identify individual visitors.

The analysis is based on my legitimate interest in optimizing my website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
